CANCELLATION & LATE POLICY
I completely understand that life happens and plans can change! Because your appointment time is reserved especially for you, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

24+ hours’ notice?You’re welcome to cancel or reschedule your appointment with no fee.

Less than 24 hours’ notice?A 50% cancellation fee of your scheduled service will be charged to the card on file.

LATE ARRIVALS
Please plan to arrive on time so we can make the most of your appointment and stay on schedule for all of my guests. If you’re running late, please send me a message as soon as possible !!

15+ minutes late: Your appointment may need to be shortened, modified, or rescheduled. If your appointment must be rescheduled due to a late arrival, the applicable cancellation fee may apply.
